Drum roll, please…

I’m happy to announce that the much anticipated release of Listrak 4.0 is finally here!

This morning, just before the light of dawn, the Listrak engineers quietly rolled out the brand new 4.0 code. With this launch comes a plethora of content that will help educate you on all the new capabilities Listrak 4.0 has to offer.

Email Marketing Best Practices: Creating Relevant Email Marketing Campaigns with Dynamic Content
Dynamic content is a complex mail-merge technique. Instead of sending one all-inclusive message to every subscriber, dynamic content allows you to construct multiple versions of highly-targeted, specialized messages that speak to each subscriber individually. Listrak has put together the following white paper to help marketers learn new ways of using dynamic content to drive the relevancy of their email marketing campaigns.

Email Marketing Campaign Development: Optimize Management, Tracking, and Analysis
An email campaign is a series of interconnected messages that have the same audience, purpose, and call to action. The campaigns are scheduled for deployment so they work together as a group and they build off of the response and success of each previous message. Listrak has put together the following white paper to teach you how to group multiple emails into campaigns, how to track data across campaigns, and the benefits of using email campaigns.

Listrak Launches Listrak 4.0 Advanced Email Marketing Solution

Listrak announced that it has launched Listrak 4.0, its latest version of its award winning email marketing solution. Listrak 4.0 features include a robust dynamic content engine, content library, internationalization, campaign organization, enhanced reporting, and an improved sending engine. These latest features give Listrak users the ability to create email campaigns with an even greater amount of personalization for increased relevancy and response.

“We are very excited to offer advanced features, such as dynamic content and internationalization,” says Ross Kramer, CEO of Listrak. “Listrak 4.0 has been completely revamped to make it easier for our customers to communicate and interact with their contacts on a more personal level.”

The new product enhancements include:

Dynamic Content
Listrak allows you to add Dynamic Content to your messages so your messages are timely, relevant, and customized to each individual contact. You may create blocks of HTML or plain text, save them in our new Content Library, and use the correct blocks based on profile filters for each contact on your list. You may build reports on the dynamic messages to see detailed information on each version of the email sent.

Content Library
The new Content Library allows you to store and organize blocks of HTML and plain text messages to use when creating Dynamic Content messages in Listrak's WYSIWYG editor. You only have to create the message blocks once and you may reuse the content as needed.

Internationalization
A message may now be authored and sent using international character sets.

Campaigns
The ability to group emails by campaign has been added so related messages may be categorized for better organization and reporting functionality. Campaigns may be set on the New Message page or managed within the new Campaign Manager.

Enhanced Sending Engine
The Listrak sending engine has been redesigned from the ground up to enhance deliverability and speed, and to pave the way for future enhancements like Event Triggered Messaging.

Revamped Reporting System
Reports are grouped by campaign to give you the data across the entire campaign at a glance. You may view the data of the individual emails contained in each campaign by clicking on the + icon before the campaign name to drill down to the individual email level. The export functionality of reports now allows you to choose from plain text, Microsoft Excel, or XML, and the print option now provides a nicely formatted PDF version of the report. Exports now include associated campaign data with each message.

Improved Menu Organization
The Listrak menu system has been set up with better organization to make navigation easy and intuitive.
