In February’s newsletter we asked you what web analytics provider you were using and a majority of you told us you were using Google Analytics. This month we have an exciting announcement to share about our integration with Google Analytics. With fully automated Google Analytics integration in place, Listrak customers will be able to get a clear picture of post-click web site behavioral activity. An added benefit of using this feature is that Google Analytics will continue to provide click-stream data tracked to the individual level every time the person re-visits your site. The net effect will be higher response rates through increased relevancy.

Recent Announcements

Brief interruption in service May 5, 8:00 AM-12:00 EST

On the morning of Saturday, May 5, the Listrak server farm will be moved to a new co-location facility. We anticipate that the system will not be available during the hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on this day.

During this time you will not be able to login to the site through a browser or access it through the API. We respectfully ask that you take this schedule into account when planning your Listrak email efforts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The new server location is the final step of the expansion process that we started back in August of 2006. Please email support@listrak.com if you have any questions or concerns.

Listrak Integrates with Google Analytics

Listrak announced today that it has integrated Google Analytics with its email marketing solution. The result is a powerful marketing tool that tracks open, read, and click-through rates of the email campaigns and then tracks the interaction the subscribers have with their websites after they clicked-through the call to action link on the email message.
