Listrak gives you the flexibility to personalize your email campaigns. In the Pro and Enterprise versions of Listrak, there is built-in capability to personalize your To-Name field, Subject Line, Message, or all three fields.
You can personalize the To-Name field with the contact’s full name so emails are individualized to each recipient, instead of simply listing their email address. All you have to do is copy the profiling field for the recipient’s first name and last name and paste both into the To-Name field. Each code will be replaced with that contact’s stored data when the message is sent.
Personalizing your email campaigns to individual subscribers is one of the best practices Listrak recommends to achieve higher open, read, and conversion rates.
