When designing your own templates in Listrak, or using any of our pre-designed HTML templates, you can select whether you would like to lock the non-text portions of the template structure. When users author a message using a locked template, all of the locked areas are grayed-out and only the editable area remains live. It is helpful, but not necessary, for the system administrator of your Listrak account to know HTML in order to create locked templates.
The locked templates are stored in Listrak’s template library and may be re-used as necessary by the users identified by the system administrator. Locked templates make it very quick and easy for your staff to create and send email campaigns that have a consistent look and feel across your entire organization.
