Subscribe and Unsubscribe Management

Recipients can unsubscribe through one-click from the email campaign or through our integrated web forms. Web forms can be created using Listrak's web forms wizard and they can be hosted on a client's website, intranet, or web-based subscription management system.

Import / Export Wizard

Getting your data into and out of Listrak is easy. Listrak supports several methods for synchronizing your data. An intuitive import / export wizard makes importing flat text or Excel files a breeze. You can use our import wizard to import data files that contain multiple columns of data, and then match those columns to custom-defined columns within the import wizard. Listrak also helps in your email list management by allowing data to be imported through our XML API. Importing data via the XML API provides seamless integration with your CRM, Sales Force Automation, or external databases.

Additionally, all of your data can be exported via our easy to use Export Wizard or XML API. Our export wizard is a great way to export list and customer data quickly from your Listrak account.

Integrated Bounce Management

Listrak includes an extremely robust and advanced bounce management system as part of its email list software. Our bounce management system is built on 6 years of experience analyzing millions of bounces. Our bounce management system has the ability to determine hard bounce versus soft bounce, and it will also break the bounce down further into 12 different categories allowing you to get a clear understanding of your exact bounce activity.

Listrak includes advanced business rules for bounces, such as allowing you to set the threshold for the number of times a recipient's email address can bounce before being removed from the list. Listrak’s email list management also includes a feature that will reset a recipient's bounce count to zero if that person opens or reads a message. This feature is helpful in keeping list churn low by falsely removing recipients due to bounces from a content filter.

List Hygiene

Listrak’s email list software includes a unique feature that automatically fixes common misspellings and syntax errors within an email address. Typographical errors such as alo.com, hotmall.com, and comcast.com are all automatically fixed by our List Hygiene system.

Global Suppression System for CAN-SPAM Compliance

The CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 mandates that marketers cannot send email campaigns to anyone who has previously unsubscribed from their lists. Because many marketers utilize several lists across their entire company, it is important to have a facility that manages its unsubscribes across the enterprise.
