The List Review Group in Listrak is an easy way to send messages to a group of users, either internal or external, that need to review and approve your email messages prior to deployment. Marketing agencies may use this feature to send reviews to their clients for approval. If you are using the Listrak system in-house, you may use this feature to send a review to your Marketing Director, CEO, sales team, managers, and anyone else that may need to know in advance what message is being sent to your list of contacts.
You may add up to 27 email addresses in the List Review Group. You may even include personal email accounts that you set up at popular email clients, such as Yahoo, Gmail, and AOL, so you can review how the email renders in those mailboxes prior to sending the email to your list.
The review process is the final step before the message is deployed and it is extremely important as you want to send the best message possible to your recipients. Having a review group set up in advance is the best way to ensure that each and every message you send is perfect, and Listrak makes it easy to implement and manage this process.
