Message Activity Report
Listrak’s Message Activity report provides an overview of each email’s performance, including the number of messages that were delivered, opened, read, and clicked-through, as well as the number of contacts that unsubscribed from each message. It gives you the most common email marketing metrics that are also easy to measure and compare across multiple email sends and campaigns.
Listrak makes the comparison even easier with its graph feature. From the Message Activity report, you can click a button and instantly view the data as an area, column, or doughnut graph. This gives you a visual representation of your campaign performance. You may even view the data from a single email send or from the entire email campaign for quick and easy analysis. You can even print and save the graph for future analysis.
This additional view will help you notice spikes or dips in your results that might not be as evident if you are simply viewing the raw data. That way, you can immediately identify any areas that are underperforming so you can make improvements before your next send.
