List Administrator Group

Whether you work for a large agency that is managing email lists for many different clients, or a small company that only has a few mailing lists, it is important to specify list administrators to help keep track of the data that is being imported and the emails that are being deployed. Agencies that are sending emails on behalf of clients might want to add customer contacts as list administrators on their specific lists so the customers know when updates have been made and emails have been sent. Small companies might want to include their CEO as a list administrator so he or she is kept up to date in an unobtrusive way on what is happening in the email department.

Listrak allows you to add six list administrators per list. These administrators will automatically receive List Import Status emails as well as Send Status emails for each email campaign that is created and deployed.
